The extensive productive gardens are surrounded by teaching aids such as a hand crafted Native bee hive, Chicken run and Coop, Composting worm farms, and Rainwater harvesting tanks. Urban habitat was created through the inclusion of nest boxes for Possums and for birds, a sculptural bug motel, a Microbat nest box, bird bath, varied native planting and a beneficial insect garden.
