This expansive play space follows the gradient of the expansive yard, using the level changes to crate a series of interconnected spaces that offer a diverse range of activities and challenge.
The play area includes a separate purpose built rooftop play space for the babies, allowing the bigger kids to enjoy an a large expansive play space that stretches out alongside a strand of established native trees. The centres location adds rural vistas, plentiful bird life and a sense of tranquility to the natural play space.
The garden is navigated by bike paths and a gross motor circuit, centred around a much loved performance stage and level grass platform and a series of passive play areas. The modified sand pit incorporates a splash pad, new dry creek bed and water play zone with a series of gross motor crossings, building plinths, rocks and puddles for building sand play.
