PLAYSPACE003

A structured sand-based exploration environment where students use a mapped grid to search, excavate and document objects hidden beneath the sand. Inspired by archaeological fieldwork and scientific investigation, the space encourages students to observe carefully, record findings and work collaboratively while developing patience, curiosity and critical thinking through hands-on discovery.
Designed to support inquiry-based learning, STEM education and outdoor investigation, Dig & Discovery builds spatial reasoning, problem-solving and teamwork through authentic exploration. The flexible environment can be adapted for archaeology, palaeontology, history, geography and science activities, creating an engaging outdoor learning space where students uncover knowledge through investigation rather than instruction.
Your Project Planner lets you save and compare Playform environments as you browse. Submit your Project Brief once you’ve built your shortlist.
