- Daily onsite check-ins keep teams aligned and responsive.
- Weekly site inspections are carried out by the Project Manager.
- Weekly reporting flows from Project Manager → Construction Manager → Directors.
- Weekly client updates include written progress reports and a photographic construction journal, so clients remain fully informed without needing to be onsite.

- Fully insured – $20M Public Liability, $5M Professional Indemnity, Workers Compensation with iCare.
- Working With Children Checks (NSW) and Blue Cards (QLD) for all staff.
